The City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS) is proud to host the Autism Support Summit on Friday, Dec. 3 from noon to 3 p.m. via Zoom, during International Day of Persons with Disabilities. This will be a great opportunity to come together virtually and support the autism community.

With event partners such as Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center of Autism Research, as well as DBHIDS’s Division of Intellectual Disabilities Services, this summit will serve to bring together advocates, supporters, and providers to provide informative, timely, and relevant resources and information with respect to best practices on serving the autistic population and their associates’ needs and challenges.

The goal of the summit is to amplify the work of service providers in the area of developmental and intellectual disabilities, while also strengthening the knowledge base of all involved through thought-provoking and data-driven presentations and workshops. We invite community members, advocates, service providers, and all others to attend this informative event.
