The City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disbility Services (DBHIDS) and the IDS Public Awareness Committee will celebrate the 31st Annual Brighter Futures Awards event honoring those who support and serve individuals with intellectual disabilities with a ceremony, resource fair, and workshops. Tickets are $35, and registration is required.
