The Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha, Inc (APM) will provide behavioral
health screenings at this festival honoring the generations of Puerto Rican sugarcane
workers who migrated to Philadelphia to work in the refinery. There will be pavas
and sugarcane at the festival, which is free and open to the public.
